Remembrance Day 2022

2022-11-11 | political office

Conflict that continues in countries across the world give prominence to the freedom that our brave soldiers provided us through their sacrifice and bravery.

The ability of our people to act in protecting our way of life and survival is one that has been within all of us since first light. We the Omushkego descend from the bravest and most dutiful people, and it is with much gratitude that we share this important day of remembering.

To all veterans that we lost and to those still with us we extend our greatest appreciation and thank you from the bottom or our hearts.

We will never forget, and will always love you.
