WHEREAS the current title of the Tribal Council of James Bay is known as the Muskegog Cree Council;

WHEREAS the title "Muskegog Cree Council" when translated is Cree Cree Council;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the title of the Tribal Council be changed officially to reflect the true name when translated;

FURTHER.MORE RE I'I' RESOLVED that the official name be the "Muskegog Tribal Council".
