\11,1HEREAS the r...eneral Assemblv of the Muskegocr Cree Council, by resolution, have given firm direction to the Chiefs to move on plans to transfer responsibility for the delivery of services currently offered by the National Health and Welfare and the Deoartrnent of Indian Affairs;

WHERF.AS the Muskegog Cree Council la.ck the appropriate financial and human resources to implement the direction given by this assembly;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that tl-iis C',eneral Assembly direct and support the Chiefs to obtain the appropriate funding levels from the Federal and Provincial Governrrents:

BE IT FURI'HER RESOLVED that these funds be used to implement the direction and mandate oiven by this assembly.
