WHEREAS the Muskeqog Cree Council feels that in order to expedite the delivery of the Resource Develoµnent Funds to the native tranoers of the ,James Bay Bands;

THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Muskeqoq Cree Council administer the Resource Developrrent Funds on behalf of the James Bav Bands effective Anril 1st, 1986.
