SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF BY-LAWS

WHEREAS this Assembly wishes to revise the existing by-laws of the Mushkegowuk Council.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Assembly advise the Directors of the corporation to repeal the existing By-law No. 1 and substitute in its place By-law No. 1 of February 10, 1987 submitted to the Assembly with the attached amendments.

Carried by consensus, which represents over two-thirds of the votes at a meeting of the members.
