WHEREAS the Mushkegowuk Council at this time does not have final approved financial and administration procedures, and;

WHEREAS it is important that proper financial management practises are adhered to in the interim.

Adopted by consensus

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all contribution arrangements and contracts must be approved in motion form and/or to be signed for approval by all seven Chiefs.
