BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mushkegowuk Council questions the legality of the procedure used by the Department of Indian Affairs in determining that the New Post Band must use its band support funds to e.liminate a deficit, in the absence of proper consultation with and the approval of the membership of New Post Band.
