SUBJECT: KASHECHEWAN HOUSING

WHEREAS the Chief and Council of Kashechewan First Nation have a housing backlog of sixty units;

AND WHEREAS the Kashechewan First Nation receives limited dollars for housing every year and it is hard to accommodate all of the requirements;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Kashechewan First Nation request support from the Mushkegowuk Chiefs and that Mushkegowuk Council lobby for housing for Kashechewan.
