SUBJECT: CAPITAL PLANNING STUDY ON COMMUNITY ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

WHEREAS the condition of assets and infra­structure in the Mushkegowuk communities is below standards enjoyed by other Canadians;

AND WHEREAS there is a need to assess and record these conditions;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the conditions of the following assets and infrastructure be recorded:

housing conditions (including need forecast);

operation and maintenance of assets and facilities (costs thereof);

airport agreements and maintenance;

community development in areas such as landscaping, ditching and drainage.

THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the appropriate resources be pursued to implement this condition and needs assessment report.
