WHEREAS the firm of Peat Marwick Thorne has been the Auditing firm for the Mushkegowuk Council in past years;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Peat Marwick Thorne be retained as the Auditing firm for the Mushkegowuk Council 1991/92.
