WHEREAS delegates to the Annual Assembly require sufficient time to study and reflect on the business of the Assembly;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Section 41 of By-Law No. 1 be amended by adding "The Chairperson shall ensure that the agenda and all reports be distributed 14 days prior to the Assembly where possible".
