RESOLUTION NO. 1996-08-05

SUBJECT: YOUTH HEALING, REDISCOVERY AND REBUILDING

WHEREAS the delegates of this Assembly are fully aware of the past hardships and the affect this has had on the lives of the young people today;

WHEREAS this Assembly looks to the youth to provide the leadership in the future;

WHEREAS it is critical that the youth be prepared in mind, body and spirit to take on leadership roles in the future;

WHEREAS the youth of today must be encouraged and supported in their preparation as well as in their healing;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Assembly fully supports the initiatives of the young people in their journey of healing, rediscovery and rebuilding.
