WHEREAS the delegates at the 11th Annual Assembly have reviewed the Interim Chairperson's report, Executive Director's report, Program reports, its affiliated corporations' reports;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Assembly acknowledges and accepts the reports as presented in person.
