REVIEW OF HIGH STAFF TURNOVER IN NISHNAWBE ASKI POLICE SERVICE (NAPS)

WHEREAS there have been forty five (45) NAPS officers in the past six years who have left NAPS voluntarily and involuntarily and for various reasons;

AND WHEREAS there is a need to review the reasons for the high turnover and low morale among NAPS officers;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a study be carried out to review the reasons for the high staff turnover and the low morale among NAPS officers.
