CONFIRMATION OF MUSHKEGOWUK GRAND CHIEF

WHEREAS the te1m of the f01mer Grand Chief of Mushkegowuk Council was terminated on September 10, 2002 by consensus of the Mushkegowuk Assembly, in accordance with the procedures in the Mushkegowuk Constitution;

AND WHEREAS the Mushkegowuk Board of Chiefs selected Ernest Beck as the new Grand Chief of the Mushkegowuk Council on September 11, 2002, in accordance with the procedures in the Mushkegowuk Constitution.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mushkegowuk Assembly accepts and confirms the appointment of Ernest Beck as the Grand Chief ofMushkegowuk Council.
