WHEREAS it is necessary to select a Chairperson for the 19th Annual Assembly;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Lawrence Martin be accepted as the Chairperson for the 19th Annual Assembly held in Cochrane, Ontario, September 14-16, 2004.
