WHEREAS Mushkegowuk Council's auditors KPMG have presented to this Assembly the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2004;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Assembly of the Mushkegowuk Council accept the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending March 31 , 2004 as presented.
