WHEREAS KPMG LLP has served as auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the year ended March 31, 2004 and it is deemed appropriate to continue to use their services;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that KPMP LLP be appointed as auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the next fiscal year ending March 31, 2005.
