WHEREAS it is necessary to select a Co-chairperson for the 19th Annual Assembly;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Tracey Prevost be accepted as the Co-chairperson for the 19th Annual Assembly held in Cochrane, Ontario, September 14-16, 2004.
