Acceptance of the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service Review Report

WHEREAS through Resolution No. 2006-09-38, the Assembly acknowledged the draft NAPS Review and Analysis presented and accepted its findings in principle; and

WHEREAS the Chiefs and delegates of the Special Assembly have reviewed the final NAPS Review and Analysis Report as presented by Allan Pelletier, Consultant;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Special Assembly acknowledges and accepts the final Nishnawbe Aski Police Service Review Report as presented.
