WHEREAS the Chiefs and delegates of the 23rd Annual Assembly have received and heard the report of the Executive Director; and

WHEREAS there are some outstanding concerns over the content of the report that needed further discussion and clarification;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Assembly acknowledges and receives the report subject to the removal of the contentious wording.
