WHEREAS KPMG LLP has served as auditors for the Mushkegowuk Council for the year ended March 31, 2010 and it is deemed necessary to continue to access their services;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that KPMG LLP be appointed as auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the next fiscal year ending March 31, 2011.
