Omushkego Mamowihitowin January 26, 2015 support and join the call for a National Inquiry on Missing and Murdered Aboriginal Women

WHEREAS, Omushkego Mamowihitowin is the annual general assembly of the Omushkego Nation; and

WHEREAS, the Chiefs of Mushkegowuk have expressed concern at this year's Annual General Assembly on missing and murdered Aboriginal women across the country of Canada; and

WHEREAS, the Chiefs of Mushkegowuk want to show support on the calling of a National Inquiry on Missing and Murdered AborigiŁal Women

THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that this Mamowihitowin of the Omushkegowuk join together to support the call for a National Inquiry on Missing and Murdered Aboriginal Women

THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER

RESOLVED that this Mamowihitowin of the Omushkegowuk directs the Grand Chief to make the resolution known to appropriate Aboriginal organizations, Federal and Provincial governments.
