WHEREAS the Chiefs and Delegates of this 30th Annual Mamowihitowin of the Mushkegowuk have confirmed David Fletcher of Moose Cree First Nation, as the Mushkegowuk Regional Elder for the term 2015-2019.

THEREFORE •BE IT RESOLVED that David Fletcher is confirmed and accepted as the Regional Elder of the Mushkegowuk Council and the Omushkego for the term 2015-2019.
