Approval of Mushkegowuk Council Bylaw Number 1 and Articles of Continuance

WHEREAS there is a need to revise the bylaws of Mushkegowuk Council; and

WHEREAS the Mushkegowuk Council of Chiefs, as the Directors of Mushkegowuk Council, have reviewed and approved the new Bylaw Number 1 and Articles of Continuance.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Mamowihitowin (meeting of the Members of Mushkegowuk Council) endorses and approves the new By­law Number 1 and Articles of Continuance as discussed as a replacement for the existing Mushkegowuk Council bylaws.
