Approval of Election Code

WHEREAS the existing Mushkegowuk Election Code for the Offices of Grand Chief and Deputy Grand Chief was approved in 2007; and

WHEREAS a number of amendments have been proposed and have been supported by the Mushkegowuk Council of Chiefs,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Mamowihitowin endorses and approves the amendments to the Mushkegowuk Election Code for the Offices of Grand Chief and Deputy Grand Chief.
