WHEREAS KPMG LLP has served as auditors for the Mushkegowuk Council for the year ending March 31st, 2016 and it is deemed necessary to continue to access their services;

THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that KPMG LLP be appointed as auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the next fiscal year ending March 31, 2017.
