WHEREAS, KPMG LLP has served as auditors for the Mushkegowuk Council for the year ending March 3151, 2017 and it is deemed necessary to continue to access their services;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that KPMG LLP be appointed as Auditors for the Mushkegowuk Council for the next fiscal year ending March 3151, 2018.
