Mushkegowuk Election Code

WHEREAS Mushkegowuk Council has established its own election code, that has been accepted and approved by the membership, and;

WHEREAS it is necessary to re-examine the current policies and practices contained within the current election code to review possible necessary updates and adjustments, and;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Chiefs and delegates in assembly give direction to the Executive Council to begin a process of reviewing and amending as necessary, aspects of the election regulations through community dialogue and consideration be given to hire a local consultant to begin the work as required.
