WHEREAS the Chiefs and Delegates of this Kihchinaskishkatowin of the Omushkegowuk strongly expressed the need to honour and practice our teachings to work together as a proud united Nation; and

WHEREAS the Chiefs and Delegates recognize the importance and need of continuing our tradition of working together in unity to effectively address the health care system, services and priorities;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Kihchinaskishkatowin of the Omushkegowuk reaffirms our tradition and desire of working together, and recognizes the need and the benefits of continuing, and increasing our spirit and practices of mutual understanding and mutual support.
