Appointment of the KPMG LLP as Auditors

WHEREAS KPMG LLP has served as auditors for the Mushkegowuk Council for the year ending March 31st, 2021, and it is deemed necessary to continue to access their services;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that KPMG LLP be appointed as Auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the next fiscal year ending March 31st, 2022.
