RESOLUTION NO. 1993-08
Subject: By-Law Amendment Re: Delegates
WHEREAS the delegates to the 1992 Mushkegowuk Council Assembly held at Moose Factory passed Resolution #1992-14;
AND WHEREAS that Resolution resolved that delegates to future Mushkegowuk Assemblies would include, for each member community, at least one youth delegate, at least one woman delegate and at least one Elder;
AND WHEREAS that Resolution further resolved that Mushkegowuk Council consider increasing the number of Annual Assembly delegates from four to six;
AND WHEREAS that Resolution further resolved that the Mushkegowuk Council Constitution be amended as required to give effect to that Resolution;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mushkegowuk Council Constitution be amended as set out below:
44(a) shall

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that action by the Board of Chiefs to implement this amendment is hereby sanctioned.
